Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Credit Property Manager to join our team. As a Tax Credit Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our tax credit properties in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.----Responsibilities:--- Manage all aspects of tax credit properties, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations--- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including Fair Housing and LIHTC regulations--- Prepare and submit all required reports and documentation to regulatory agencies--- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents--- Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner--- Manage the budget for each property, ensuring that expenses are within budgetary constraints--- Supervise on-site staff, including leasing agents and maintenance personnel--- Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding promptly to all inquiries and concerns----Requirements:--- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field a plus--- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, with a focus on tax credit properties--- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing and LIHTC regulations--- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills--- Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously--- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills--- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software----If you are a highly motivated and experienced Tax Credit Property Manager with a passion for providing excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.--PIe45ee36ecc7f-25660-35748137
