Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to
join their growing product marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement comprehensive sales enablement programs,
including onboarding and training initiatives
Develop and deliver sales training content focused on industry
knowledge, product expertise, and sales methodologies
Analyze sales performance metrics to identify improvement areas and
develop targeted enablement strategies
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in sales enablement in a B2B SaaS
environment
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field or
equivalent work experience
Deep expertise in sales methodologies, particularly Challenger
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful sales
training programs
Demonstrated success in onboarding and ramping up new sales
hires
