As a key member of our team, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that each project is executed to the highest standards from inception to completion. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry, particularly with commercial projects, and will have a proven track record of successfully managing project budgets. An understanding of the hospitality sector would be an added advantage. Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.2. Develop and manage detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timeline, budget, and risk mitigation strategies.3. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are clearly communicated and completed as per project plans.4. Review and approve project designs and plans, ensuring they meet necessary specifications and regulations.5. Maintain close relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are met and expectations are managed effectively.6. Monitor project progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.7. Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are strictly adhered to on the construction site.8. Resolve any arising problems or complaints from clients, team members, or stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.2. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial projects.3. Demonstrated expertise in managing project budgets and resources effectively.4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA safety protocols.5. Experience in the hospitality sector is a plus.6. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.8. Proficient in project management software.9. Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.10.
