Manage staff and provide leadership aligned with the agency's
business plan and strategic vision.Work closely with the CEO, CFO,
and executive team to drive operational and financial
results.Collaborate with the CFO to achieve favorable financial
outcomes and set growth-oriented goals. Develop and implement
effective growth strategies, measurement tools, and operational
processes.Provide accurate reports on agency operations, and
collaborate on budgeting and resource allocation.Encourage
excellence and foster a positive work environment, ensuring
adherence to agency policies and guidelines.Serve as Compliance
Officer, ensuring adherence to internal and external protocols and
licensing requirements.What You Will Need:Bachelor's degree in
business or related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of
executive-level operational experience required.Experience in
Community Behavioral Health preferred; Clinical Licensure (LISW or
LPCC) is a MUST.Strong focus on budgeting, financial management,
and corporate finance principles.Outstanding organizational,
communication, and public speaking skills.Ability to perform
