Job Description:

A company is looking for a Manager of Clinical Delivery (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and coaching to a multidisciplinary care management team
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to drive efficiencies and quality improvement

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse with a New York State license and compact license
Bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish
4+ years of nursing experience within acute care
2-3 years of experience leading a clinical team of at least 15+ reports
Familiarity with managed care plans/structure in New York State
