Key Responsibilities
Coach the team for efficiency and customer satisfaction

Monitor business metrics and evaluate project performance for
continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of leadership experience in Professional Services,
Consulting, or Customer Success within B2B SaaS
Proven experience in process improvement and team coaching
Experience in scoping solutions and delivering customer
outcomes
Strong understanding of email/messaging or marketing
technologies
Analytical and data-driven decision maker with knowledge of
relevant tools like Salesforce and JIRA
