Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Senior Test Manager

Position type: Full Time-Contract
Duration: 12 months
Location: Columbus, OH

As a Senior Test Manager, you will:Be acting like a facilitator for testing across multiple product teams
Provide status reports
Make sure the testing is done and done up to standards.
Need to meet all the timelines. Coordinate defect management.
Be focused on driving the testing of legacy system changes to integrate with the new system, as well as regression testing of key interfaces and testing of other interfaces with external partners.


The ideal candidate will have:Test Management / Operations, Test Execution and Test Automation experience.
Test execution experience - ideally both manual and automated. (Must Have)
Strong experience using JIRA/Xray and Confluence.
Proven track record in planning, executing, and managing complex testing and defect management initiatives, with hands-on experience in test automation and delivery management tools such as JIRA, X-ray, and Confluence.
Solid understanding of project management principles, including issue, risk, and dependency management, to facilitate seamless integration of testing efforts across teams.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between internal and external testing efforts.
In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices, with the experience to adapt and implement Agile principles in testing and delivery processes

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $65 - $70 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
