  • Flexible schedule, 4-5 days per week
  • Can be locum only, or locum to permanent
  • The practice offers a wide range of services and dermatologic care to patients
  • The current team is comprised of 6 clinical providers (Physicians and APP)
  • Practice currently generates around 130 cases/month, cases per year
  • ABD Certified or Eligible Dermatologist
  • Active Kentucky license or IMLC
  • Clean malpractice and practice history
