  • OH license
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
  • ONS chemo certification and/or at least 1 yr inpatient hematology-oncology experience is required (could be BMT, acute leuk, or general Hem Onc)
  • ONC/MS TELE experience required
  • BLS
