TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Louisville, Kentucky, 40215 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Orthopedic Post-Surgical and Mixed Acuity Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active RN License Certifications: NIHSS, ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Team Player, Comfortable Floating to Other Mixed Acuity Floors Job Description: - Work in a 32-bed unit providing care for mixed acuity medical-surgical and post-surgical patients. - Ensure high-quality patient care, focusing on orthopedic and post-surgical cases. - Maintain patient ratios typically ranging from 1-5 to 1-6. - Utilize standard medical equipment and work with Cerner EMR systems. - Adhere to dress code of Galaxy Blue scrub top and Galaxy Blue or Black pants; avoid unacceptable attire such as sweatshirts, Crocs, shoes with holes, and printed jackets. - Collaborate effectively with the team to promote a supportive work environment. - Commit to working weekend shifts every third occurrence, with no call requirements. - Contribute to a full-service hospital environment offering a range of specialty and emergency services. 26066142EXPTEMP Job Requirements Required for Onboarding ACLS - AHA BLS - AHA Core Competency Pharmacology Skills Checklist Specialty Exam 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing A diverse range of assignments on your resume showcases your adaptability, versatility, and resilience.
