• Take advantage of our Student Loan Forgiveness Program.The Role:As a Substance Abuse and Mental Health Therapist, you'll be on the front lines of providing essential therapeutic support to individuals dealing with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting individual counseling sessions and leading engaging group therapy.
  • Maintaining detailed documentation to ensure comprehensive client care.
  • Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Coordinating seamless discharge planning to support clients' smooth transitions.
  • Collaborating with other agencies to advocate for holistic, integrated care.
  • Offering case management services to enhance overall client well-being.What You Bring:
    • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
    • At least one year of experience providing services to adults with substance use disorders and/or mental illness.
    • LPC, LSW, LPCC, or LISW required.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, stellar organizational abilities, and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Physical Requirements:
      • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
      • The employee is frequently required to walk, balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch. Occasionally, the employee must lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
      • Specific vision abilities required for this role include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
