• Certification Details
• Nursys quick confirm verifications should be completed for all APRN, RN's and LPN/LVNs.
• CredentialName: Ascension EKG Exam - Exam and answer key found in Document Library. Agency is required to give and grade the test. Score needs to be 90% or higher with only 2 attempts.

  • ICU night shift; 6p-630a; every other weekend; holiday/hard-to-fill shift TBD.
    • Job Requirements
    • Must have American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
    • Must have American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
    • Pharmacology 1,2 exam required.
    • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification required.
      • Schedule Information
      • Shifts are 6p-630a.
      • Shift includes every other weekend.
      • Holiday/hard-to-fill shift to be determined.
