Role Summary

Your focus will be on providing safe and comfortable dialysis treatment, completing thorough assessments, and monitoring patient progress throughout the treatment process.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care services, adhering to established protocols and standards of practice.
• Collaborate with Patient Care Technicians to ensure effective patient treatment and meet staffing requirements.
• Conduct thorough assessments and monitor patient progress, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
• Administer medications according to physician orders and review patient medication profiles monthly.

  Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Current nursing license in the applicable state.
  • Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
  • At least one year of current nursing experience, with dialysis nursing experience preferred.
