Summary: Experienced ICU nurse with ACLS, BLS, NIH, and KY License certifications, preferably with Cardiac ICU experience and Pulmonary Artery Catheters & Intra Aortic Balloon Pump experience, required for 36 hours/week with guaranteed hours, with every other weekend shifts.Job Requirements:

• Must have ICU experience & Cardiac ICU
• Minimum 2+ years of experience
• Preferred additional cardiac pumps experience - swan, balloon & CRRT
• Ideal candidate is humble, energetic, compassionate, adaptable, team player, willing to be a resource to other nurses if neededUnit Information:
  • Located in 4 Towers ICU - ICU, MICU & CCU with 24 beds and patient ratios of 2:1; rarely 3:1 for a short period of time
  • Equipped with SWAN, IMPELLA, IABP, ARTIC SUN, ZOLL IVTM, EKOS, CADD, Alaris IV Pumps, Peritoneal dialysis, Prismax
  • Uses EMR: CernerAdditional Details: Work at Jewish Hospital, an Academic Medical Center in downtown Louisville, offering advanced heart care treatment, accredited chest pain center, and medical firsts in Kentucky and the nation.
