  • Could be required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity.

        • Residency Declaration Form required if using a compact license from any state other than Ohio.

        • AHA only (Instructor/Provider and RQI acceptable). Letter of completion not acceptable.
        • Travelers can renew ACLS and BLS at the facility.
