Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate to provide
support to employees and businesses in need.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver quality service and build positive relationships with
callers
Answer benefit questions regarding self-insured health plan
documents
Document calls and resolve issues with empathy while maintaining
confidentiality
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma; college education is a plus
3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call
center
Minimum of two years' experience in a medical/dental/insurance
environment
Must have a high-speed internet connection and a professional
isolated work area
Basic knowledge of desktop applications such as MS Office and Adobe
Reader
