Job Description:

IT Project Manager: Are you ready for your next exciting Project Manager role? Our client based in Louisville, KY has a contract position for a proven Information Technology Project Manager to contribute immediately to their team. This is a long-term contract opportunity with extension(s) probable for the successful contributor.
 
Position Description:   
This role requires you to have 3+ years of proven Project Management experience, to complement your other IT experiences.
You will be expected to manage small to medium IT and line of business projects (with IT components).  
You should be able to  manage several projects simultaneously.  
May assist more senior project managers with meetings, schedules, documentation, budgeting, reporting, etc.
 
Skill Set Requirements and Capabilities:   

• 
  

• Project management, proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel and Sharepoint.  
• Time management and multi-tasking are required.  Ability to develop and manage budgets.  
• Interpersonal skills must be strong.
• Great English communication (written and verbal) skills.

 
PMP Certification would be nice to have, but demonstrable PM success will weigh heavily in the hiring decision.
