Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor (Expedited) to oversee
staff in support roles for appeals and dispute resolution
processes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership for accurate and timely processing of
appeals/disputes
Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy in case preparation and
resolution
Supervise, train, and evaluate project work activities and
personnel
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or 60+ credit hours towards a Bachelor's degree,
or equivalent experience
1 to 3 years in an operations environment
1 to 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
Experience in Medicare Part A and/or Call Center Operations is
preferred
