Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Prepared Foods Team Member to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a key member of our prepared foods team, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining a wide variety of food items, including those in our cold case, fresh pack, salad, and hot bars.Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to production sheets and recipes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Monitor food levels and replenish as needed to ensure an adequate supply of products.
• Ensure that all prepared items are labeled, dated, covered, and rotated to maintain freshness and quality.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs in a timely and effective manner.
• Maximize sales potential through effective merchandising and stocking of products.
• Follow and comply with established procedures, including health and sanitation, and safe work practices.Requirements
  • 6-12 months retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
