Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Vice President, Regional
Provider Engagement to enhance provider performance across multiple
local markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve provider
performance and business value
Collaborate with health plan leaders to implement system-wide
improvements and monitor key performance indicators
Analyze data to identify service level improvements and foster
relationships with local market providers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business, or a
related field required
Master's Degree preferred
6+ years in a leadership role within provider management or
healthcare strategy required
In-depth knowledge of provider engagement and network management
required
Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional provider
engagement teams required
