Job Description:
A company is looking for an Upgrade Technician (Contract) to
manage installation and upgrade processes for their Resware
product.
Key Responsibilities
Drive technical execution of complex installation and upgrade
processes
Gather baseline metrics and assess production environments before
upgrades
Facilitate relationships across various teams to strengthen
customer partnerships
Required Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in technical advisory and debugging for
Windows-based enterprise software
Experience with IIS setup, Windows Service troubleshooting, and
.NET framework
Proficient in Microsoft SQL troubleshooting and query
capabilities
1+ years of experience working across business units like
Infrastructure and Customer Support
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or
related field
