Position Details: Configuration/Process Technician
--- Location: Cincinnati, OH (Westchester)
--- Shift: 1 x 2nd Shift (2P-10:30P), 2 x 3rd Shift (10P-6:30A)
--- Compensation: $25/hr. based on skills and experience, +OT
--- First Year W2 - $60k+, based on projects and overtime
--- Shift Differential Pay: +$3.50/hr. for 2nd Shift; +$2.50/hr. for 3rd Shift

Position Description:
The primary responsibilities of Configuration/Process Service Technicians include, but are not limited to the set-up, calibration, adjustment, cleaning, and monitoring of proprietary equipment, in conformance with company standards and quality specifications for the high-speed production and manufacturing of plastic film and paper products.

Requirements:
--- High speed manufacturing industry/CNC/product experience (2 years +) or training/degree
--- Electrical and Mechanical Ability - working with hand/power tools, general electrical or mechanical applications to trouble shoot and resolve issues, control panel interface techniques
--- Strong initiative and self-drive, motivation, and interpersonal skills
