Description:2nd Shift Warehouse SupervisorReports to: Operations ManagerReporting Staff: Lead, Shipping/Receiving Clerk, Warehouse OperatorsAlternate in Case of Absence: Dock LeadResponsibilities:Works with Operations Manager to develop work schedulesRecords, tracks, and analyzes daily and weekly reports, KPI's and labor standardsEnsures the efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipmentWill go through Train the Trainer and First Aid/CPR/AED trainingCommunication of daily workflow requirements to the team to ensure timely completion of scheduled jobsPerform duties in a manner that meets the standards of Safe Quality Foods and promptly notify the Operations Manager of any concerns/issues that do not meet those standardsRecommend and/or provide solutions through designated channels to ensure that Taylor Logistics Inc. is meeting our customer's expectationsEnsures that all operations are completed in with a high level of productivity and accuracyVerifies that required paperwork is accurate and completedKnow all the clerk roles and fill in as neededAbout Taylor:Taylor is the Nation's Most Progressive Family-Owned logistics company.
